Thad Miller
Founder & President

Thad Miller is an industry leader with twenty years experience. His circles of influence span across the United States and include manufacturers, suppliers and beyond. Over the years he saw firsthand the difficulty veterinarians had when it came time to buy and sell their hospitals or find associates for the practice. He wondered…Could there be a better way? What if the process could be professional, streamlined and efficient? Utilizing technology, yet never losing the human touch?” These questions led him to found DVMmatch.

Matt Conrad

Matt Conrad is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington. He brings more than 20 years of healthcare experience to the team at DVMmatch. In his previous role, Matt spent 13 years as a top level performer at one of the nation’s largest dental distributors selling and supporting dental technology, equipment, and supplies. With his work ethic and industry knowledge, he is a valuable asset and trusted advisor to the doctors he works with in the Midwest.

Neal McFadden is a Healthcare industry veteran with over 30 years of experience primarily within the Southeast. Neal spent 21 years working with Patterson Dental as the Greenville, South Carolina Branch Manager, the Southeast Region President and the President of Strategic Accounts for the company. He brings a wealth of knowledge to DVMmatch by working closely and understanding the transition needs of solo practitioners, small groups and large corporate consolidators. Neal’s dedication to his clients, his transparency and relational approach to business is what drives his success. Neal is licensed in Real Estate in the State of South Carolina.
He resides in Simpsonville, South Carolina with his wife Isabel and his daughter Alexandra. Outside of DVMmatch Neal enjoys traveling, playing golf and being a self proclaimed foodie.   
Making a connection: “We had a wonderful 17 years living with a “Diva” Yorkie named Sprinkles. After she left our family we decided to get a little boy Yorkie named Murray. We have enjoyed his raucous company and his need for never ending adventure. We especially enjoy spending time with him at Lake Murray, South Carolina – his namesake.”

John Kuriger, an experienced Transition Professional, is known for his focus on excellent customer service and putting the needs of his clients first. With nearly 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, John brings a vast network of relationships to our team and is adept at using our proven processes to the benefit of the clients he serves. John is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Georgia and resides in Dunwoody.
Outside of DVMmatch, John loves spending time with his wife Courtney, his boys Grey and Cooper and his Bernese Mountain dog, Zeus.  An avid wine connoisseur/collector and foodie, John enjoys traveling to the wine regions of the world to hone these skills.
Making a Connection:  As I showed up for a blind date (with my future wife Courtney), I knocked on her door and was immediately greeted by a 100 pound lab. Having been raised without any dogs as a child, I wasn’t sure how to react. That night while at dinner, Courtney proclaimed Max was the best thing in the world, and over time, I couldn’t have agreed more. (even after he ate several pairs of my shoes)  Since then, we added an English Bulldog, Bacchus and our current Bernese Mountain Dog, Zeus.  I couldn’t imagine walking through the front door ever again without a greeting like the one Max gave me years ago!

Matthew Veatch brings nearly 20 years of healthcare industry experience to DVMmatch. After attending the University of Southern Maine, Matthew founded Veatch Consulting, a national dental consulting firm. Three years ago, he founded PPOExperts, a national PPO credentialing & negotiations firm. Inspired by his work in healthcare, Matthew knew veterinarians could also benefit from his expertise. Known for going the extra mile for his clients, Matthew keeps in constant communication, believes in prompt follow up, and in providing quality results. Outside of DVMmatch, Matthew enjoys spending time with his wife Aralyn, and their 4 daughters. A self proclaimed foodie, he loves travel and playing golf.
