As a new graduate, I am very interested in a place that can offer high mentorship. I would love to improve my surgical skills as well as ultrasonography interpretation. I am extremely passionate about spectrum of care and would love to work in low cost and/or shelter medicine one day.
I have 4 cats, 2 guinea pigs, and a chinchilla and usually a foster animal running around. I love music and have been working on playing my bass. If I'm not hanging out with animals or studying, you can often find my on a hiking trail.
I have worked in shelter medicine for 5 years and have fostered almost 100 medical foster animals of all species. I have a passion for accessible veterinary care and breaking down barriers for pet ownership.
