Building a multi doctor practice with the intention of providing the best in veterinary care tailored to each patients needs and clients budget. The goal is to provide a place of learning and empowerment for the staff and to open our doors to veterinary externs and interns.
I am a mother of 3 grown children who loves to learn. I am passionate about science, medicine, pathology and physiology. I started my undergraduate studies when my youngest was in kindergarten and I graduated vet school at 39. Many people asked me why now? I asked them, why not? I always push for growth, communication and change.
I began attending my undergraduate studies full time in 2011 at the University of Northern Colorado. I studied cellular molecular biology ( biology major with chemistry minor). I loved learning the intricacies of life on the cellular and molecular scale. I then moved to Midwestern University for my DVM. While attending vet school, I worked on the weekends as a tech for Blue Pearl ER. I loved the fast pace and exposure that it gave me. After school, I chose to go straight into practice. I have worked at many locations because I wanted to meet different people and be expose to the many different ways that medicine is practiced. I feel that this helps me to be more flexible in my medical management of cases. I LOVE CE and tend to attend as much as I can.
