To whom it may concern, I own an office building in Altamonte Florida. For 15 years we have had an allied health school on the 3rd floor of my building. The space is built out with large rooms as mock hospital rooms, x ray rooms, computer rooms, etc. My tenants are vacating a 10,700 sf space in Jan. 2026. The City of Altamonte Springs has approved the space for a Vet Clinic and or hospital.
